The Donation By Sales Date report displays pledge amounts, allocated donation amounts, and unpaid donations for a specified date range for selected campaigns, programs or appeals. Results are grouped by month, week or day.
Donation by Sale Date Report Criteria
The following table describes this report’s criteria:

Programs |
Enables you to filter the report by program name.
You can enter the name of the program in the field or click  to search for the program.

Campaigns |
Enables you to filter the report by campaign name.
You can enter the name of the campaign in the field or click to search for the campaign.
For more information, refer to The Find Campaigns Dialog Box. |

Appeals |
Enables you to filter the report by appeal name.
You can enter the name of the appeal in the field or click to search for the appeal.
For more information, refer to The Find Appeals Dialog Box. |

Pledge Date Format |
Specifies the pledge date to use for the report:

Date Range

Fiscal Year

Previous 7 Days – This does not include today.

Yesterday
This is the date that the pledge should take effect.

Pledges From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date from which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date.
Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is selected from the 'Pledge Date Format' dropdown.

Pledges To |

If selected, the report will only display donations that have allocation activity during the date range.
Additionally, if used in conjunction with a pledge date range, the allocation date range must be within the pledge date range.

The specific date range intervals that the donations are tallied for. For this report, you are able to choose from donations by day, week or month. |

The number of gifts reported for the given date range. |

Pledge Amount |
The total amount of the pledges for the gifts over the specific date range. |

Allocated Amount |
The total amount of the allocated amounts for the gifts over the specific date range. |
|
Unpaid Amount |
The total amount of the outstanding and unallocated pledges for the gifts over the specific date range. |

Avg. Pledge |
The average amount of the pledges for the specific date range. |
