The Fortress Ticket Reconciliation report displays a list of all tickets and passes printed for a specific performance and on which medium they were printed.

Information
The Fortress ticket reconciliation process does the following things:

Only works with barcodes (paper tickets), not passes.

Looks up barcode information from the source file.

Identifies barcodes in Fortress that do not match the source file.

Barcodes in Fortress that are not in the source file can be blocked in the reconciliation process window.

Barcodes in AudienceView that are not in Fortress could either be reprinted through AudienceView or activated through Fortress outside of the reconciliation process in Fortress Card History.

Fortress Ticket Reconciliation Report Criteria

Venue |
Enables you to filter the report by one or more venue selections.
To select more than one venue, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |

Series |
Specifies one or more series to include in the report.
Enter the series name and press ENTER or click  to search for the series. For more information, refer to The Find Series Dialog Box.
Using this filter will only return performance level charges. |

Performances From |
Enables you to filter for those performances that occur on or after the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Performances To' date.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click  or  to select the date or relative date.

Performances To |
Enables you to filter for those performances that occur on or before the date entered.
The application will ignore your entry if you do not enter a value for 'Performances From' date.

Performance Code |
Enables you to filter the report by a specific performance. Enter the performance code or click to search for the performance.

Fortress Ticket Reconciliation Report Output
The report outputs as an Excel spreadsheet and contains the following information:

Displays the ticket ID number. |

Displays the membership ID number, if applicable. |

Displays the performance, series, bundle or offer code. |

Stadium |
Displays the name of the venue. |

Displays the area of the venue where the seat resides (e.g. main floor, balcony) |
