The Performance List extract (Series Performance Proofing extract) provides you with a list of all performances attached to the current series. The extracts are created in HTML format and can be displayed on the screen (in a separate window), downloaded (to your computer or a other storage area of your choice) or sent to a selected email address.

Running the Performance List Extract
Once you have ensured that AudienceView is configured, you can now use the Performance List extract (also known as the Series Performance Proof extract). The following section describes how to work with the Performance Proof extract.
To run the Performance List extract, complete the following:

Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Series tab.
The Series|Search page appears.

Search for and select the series that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Series-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Series|Basic page appears.

Click next to the 'Performance List' button and select the desired option. For more information, refer to Changing the Output of a Performance List Extract.
This option also enables you to change the format of the extract. |
Changing the Output of a Performance List Extract
When you run a generated or saved extract, by default the extract appears in a new window in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) format. AudienceView enables you to change the extract output to one of the following options:

Enables you to print the extract. |
When changing a extract’s output, you can also change the extract’s format to one of the following options:

Formats the extract in a Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. This format enables you to view the extract in such applications as Microsoft Excel. |

Formats the extract in HTML. |

Formats the extract in a text format. Text documents can be viewed in a text editor such as Notepad.
AudienceView does not provide a template to output to this format. |
When emailing a extract, you can email the extract in multiple formats at once.
To change the extract’s output, complete the following:

Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Series tab.
The Series|Search page appears.

Search for and select the series that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Series-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Series|Basic page appears.

next to the 'Performance List' button.
A dropdown list appears.

Choose the extract output from the dropdown list:

AudienceView does not provide a template for a text formatted version of the extract.

Enter the Email Address of the recipient.

Optionally, enter a Message Subject and Message for the recipient.

Follow the Windows prompts to open or save the file.

If you are using a customized template, enter the name of the extract template. Otherwise the default template (Series Performance Proof) will be used.

Select the Printer.

Click 'Execute'.
The available printers are configured by your system administrator.
