To delete a promotion limit, complete the following:

1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Promotions tab.
   The Promotions|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the promotion with the limit that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Promotions|Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Promotions|Details page appears.
4. Select the Limits tab.
   The Promotions|Limits page appears.
5. Select the 'del?' check box next to the limit(s) that you want to delete.
6. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the promotion .
7. Click 'OK'.

Caution Once a 'Cap' limit has been deleted, the system will continue to count against the option selected from the 'Item Group' dropdown, but will not enforce the limit. To stop the counting, the 'Item Group' dropdown must be set to None.
