If you have created a promotion erroneously, or if the promotion code is not associated with a purchasable item, you can delete it.

To delete a promotion, complete the following:

1. Open the Product Configuration application. 
2. Select the Promotions tab.
   The Promotions|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the promotion that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Promotions|Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Promotions|Basic page appears.
4. Click 'Delete'.
   A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected promotion.
5. Click 'OK'.
   A window confirms that the application deleted the promotion.
6. Click 'OK'.

Information Once a promotion is used, it cannot be deleted from the Product Configuration application. You are only able to delete erroneously created promotion that have not been used.
