Deleting a Benefit

You can delete a benefit if it is not in use. If you no longer want to use a particular benefit that is currently in use, you can set the End Date for the benefit. For more information on modifying, refer to Modifying a Benefit.

To delete a benefit, complete the following:

  1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Benefits tab.
    The Benefits|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the benefit that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Benefits-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Benefits|Details page for the selected benefit opens.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the benefit.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the benefit.
  6. Click 'OK'.
