Modifying a Benefit

You can modify the details of a benefit and/or an associated note if you have the appropriate permissions. Your modifications will not affect those customers who already hold the benefit.

If the benefit has a note, you cannot delete the note.

To modify a benefit, complete the following:

  1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Benefits tab.
    The Benefits|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the benefit that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Benefits-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Benefits|Details page appears.
  4. Modify the applicable fields.
    For more information, refer to Product Configuration Benefits-Details Page.
    To add a note to the benefit, refer to Adding a Note to a Benefit.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the benefit.
  6. Click 'OK'.
