Performance types enable you to group similar performances within a series. For example, performances that have the same price, hold and fill zones.

For example, if the top price seating area is larger for matinee performances than for evening performances, Matinee and Evening performance types could be created. This would enable you to use different templates for the performances. |
Once you create a performance type, you can then associate it with a series within the Venue Configuration application.
To configure performance types, complete the following:

Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Lists tab.
The List|Search page appears.

Search for and select the Performance Types list. For more information, refer to General Configuration - Lists|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Lists|Basic page appears.

Select the Entries tab.
The Lists|Entries page appears.

Optionally, add or remove performance types from this list.
You can do this using the list’s General Configuration application Lists|Entries page.

Optionally, change the order the performance types appear.
You can do this using the list’s General Configuration application Lists|Basic page.
