To schedule messages, you must ensure that the sched user (or its affiliated group) has specific permissions on the TSmessageBO and the TSmessageCO, and specific content enabled.

It is recommended that you associate the content for messaging to the group for the scheduler user and not solely the user itself. |
To provide the sched user (or its affiliated group) with the necessary permissions and content, complete the following:

Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Users or Group tab.
The associated Search page appears.

Search for and select the sched user or its affiliated group.

Select the Permissions tab.
The associated Permissions page appears.

Select the TSmessageBO property.
-
Select all of the options available in the 'Actions' field by holding CTRL or SHIFT as you make your selections.

Select the TSmessageCO property.

Select all of the options available in the 'Actions' field by holding CTRL or SHIFT as you make your selections.

Select the Content tab.
The associated Content page appears.

Select the Correspondence property.

Select all of the Message pages by holding CTRL or SHIFT as you make your selections

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application update the user/group.

Click 'OK'.
