Deleting a Stored Value Item

If you have created a stored value item erroneously, or no longer need the item, you are able to delete the stored value item.

To delete a stored value item, complete the following:

  1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Stored Value Items tab.
    The Stored Value Items|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the stored value item that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Stored Value Items-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Stored Value Items|Details page appears.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the stored value item.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the stored value item.
Once a user purchases a stored value item, it cannot be deleted from the Product Configuration application. You are only able to delete stored value items that have not been purchased.
