Deleting a Program, Campaign or Appeal

You can delete a program, campaign or appeal if it is not in use and you have the appropriate permissions. If you choose to delete a program or campaign, you must first remove the associated campaign(s) and/or appeal(s).

To delete a program, campaign or appeal, complete the following:

  1. Open the Funds Management application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Programs tab.
    The Programs|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the program, campaign or appeal that you want to delete. For more information, refer to Funds Management Programs-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The associated page appears.
  4. Depending on which item that you want to delete, click 'Delete', 'Delete Campaign' or 'Delete Appeal'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected item.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the item.
  6. Click 'OK'.
