The Programs|Appeals Page
The Funds Management application Programs|Appeals page consists of the following properties:
Field |
Description |
Name |
Name of the appeal. This must be unique to the program and cannot be the same as the campaign name. |
Description |
Description of the appeal. |
Short Description |
Brief description of the appeal. |
Pledges to Date |
Shows the total amount of money that has been pledged to a particular program.
This is a read-only field that displays when an existing program is selected. |
Received Donations to Date |
Shows the total amount of money that has been received for a particular program.
This is a read-only field that displays when an existing program is selected. |

Data [1-8] |
Enables you to store additional information specific to your organization.
Any data entered into these fields is searchable through Business Intelligence. To modify a date field label, navigate to the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSprogramBO::Appeal node and select the field that you want to re-label. |
Multidata [1-2] |
Enables you to store additional information specific to your organization. To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry.
Any data entered into these fields is searchable through Business Intelligence. To modify a multidata field label, navigate to the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSprogramBO::Appeal node and select the field that you want to re-label. |
Rank |
Enter a number to rank the program, indicating its display order on the site. Campaigns are ranked in descending order (i.e. 4 will be ranked before 1). |
Appeal Notes Section
Once you have created an appeal you can add notes to log problems, comments, compliments or any other information that may be useful to you, a ticket seller or your administrator.

The notes section of the Funds Management application Programs|Appeals page contains the following properties:
Field |
Description |
Subject |
The subject for the note.
Subject types are configured using the General Configuration application Lists|Entries page of the note types list. |
Status |
Specifies the note’s status (e.g. In Progress, Completed). |
Due Date |
Specifies a due date for the note’s task.
If you enter a value, the note displays on your My Notes|Home|Created by page in My AudienceView and on the My Notes|Home|Assigned to page for any user that has been selected in the Owners list. |
Access Modes |
Specifies who can read and modify the note once created:
- Private: Only the note’s creator and owners (if any) can view and modify the note.
- Public: Any user can view and modify the note.
- Readable: Any user can view the note, but only its creator and owner(s) (if any) can modify it. This is the default mode.

URL |
If required, enter the URL to create a link to a relevant site. |
Text |
Enter a name for the task. |
Owners |
Enables you to select the user(s) who will be responsible for carrying out or following up on this note. The note displays in the owner’s My Notes|Home|Assigned to page (if there is a due date) or My Notes|Notes page (if there is no due date) in My AudienceView.
To select more than one owner, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Parent |
Indicates what the note is associated with. The name given to the item appears first followed by the type of item (e.g. Email Marketing is the 'Name' given to the Appeal. |
File Attachments |
Enables you to attach files to the note. For more information, refer to Adding a File Attachment to a Note. |
