Once you have created a program, campaign or appeal, you can view or modify it at any time, if you have the appropriate permissions. If you want to modify the points that are currently in effect, you must create a new points version for the gift. For more information, refer to Adding Gift Points. Different points versions provide you with the means to change the points and membership information for a gift, while maintaining a complete record of all of the previous versions. You can only modify versions that take effect in the future.
To modify a program, campaign or appeal, complete the following:
- Open the Funds Management application from the AudienceView Desktop.
The Programs|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the program, campaign or appeal that you want to modify.

- Modify the fields as required.
For more information, refer to Funds Management Programs Pages for a description of the fields.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the program.
- Click 'OK'.
