Using the Performance Management pages, you can print a performance's seating information at any time. Printing one of the below pages will display the template information with seats labelled according to the labels defined in the Legends application.

To print performance seating information, complete the following:

1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Performances tab.
   The Performances|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the performance that you want to print the seating information for. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Performances|Basic page appears.
4. Choose an option:

   If you want to print	Then
   the seating information	Select the Seats tab. The Performance Management|Seats page appears.
   the pricing information,	Select the Price tab. The Performance Management|Price page appears.
   the hold information,	Select the Hold tab. The Performance Management|Hold page appears.
   the fill template information,	Select the Best Availbable tab. The Performance Management|Best Available page appears.

5. Click .
   The information is displayed in a new browser window.
6. Print or save the information using your browser.
