For those performances that do not include all of the venue’s admissions, you can remove the seats from one or more performances using the Venue Configuration application Performance Management|Seats page, if you have the appropriate permissions.
To remove admissions that have not been sold from one or more performances, complete the following:
- Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Performance Management tab.
The Performance Management|Search page appears.
- Search for the performance(s) with the admissions that you want to remove by clicking the check box next to each performance. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performance Management-Search Page and Performing Searches.

b. Click 'Seats'. |
The Performance Management|Seats page appears. If you selected multiple performances, the number of performances you selected appears in the header of this page.
| Hint You can clear a selection by pressing SHIFT and clicking the seat or while clicking and dragging your mouse over the seats. |

The buttons are enabled along the right of the page and the marketing data fields appear.
- Click 'Delete Admission'.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected seat(s) from the selected performance(s).
- Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application updated the performance(s).
- Click 'OK'.
