The Price Chart Proof Extract can be used while creating a performance to ensure that the configuration is correct.
Running the Price Chart Proof Extract
To run the Price Chart Proofing Extract, complete the following:

Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Price Charts tab.
The Price Charts|Search page appears.

Search for and select the price chart that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Price Charts-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Price Charts|Basic page appears.

Click next to the 'Summary' button and select the desired option. For more information, refer to Changing the Output of a Price Chart Proofing Extract.

Changing the Output of a Price Chart Proofing Extract
When you run a generated or saved extract, by default the extract appears in a new window in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) format. AudienceView enables you to change the extract output to one of the following options:

When changing a extract’s output, you can also change the extract ’s format to one of the following options:

Formats the extract in Portable Document Format (PDF). |
CSV |
Formats the extract in a Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. This format enables you to view the extract in such applications as Microsoft Excel. |
HTML |
Formats the extract in HTML. |
Text |
Formats the extract in a text format. Text documents can be viewed in a text editor such as Notepad.
AudienceView does not provide a template to output to this format. |
When emailing a extract, you can email the extract in multiple formats at once.

Rows that are highlighted in red in the HTML version and rows with an asterisk in the other versions indicate a disabled price row. Disabled rows are not available for sale. |
To change the extract’s output, complete the following:

next to the 'Summary' button.
A dropdown appears.

Choose the extract output from the dropdown:

In the Email dialog box:

Select the format of the extract (CSV, AVDocument or HTML) from the 'Template' field. To select multiple formats, use the SHIFT or CTRL buttons on your keyboard.

Enter the email address of the recipient into the 'Email Address' field.

Optionally, enter a subject and message into the 'Message Subject' and 'Message' fields, respectively.

Click 'Execute'.

In the Download dialog box:

Select the format of the extract (CSV, AVDocument or HTML) from the 'Template' field.

Click 'Execute'.

Follow the Windows prompts to open or save the file.

In the Print dialog box:

Select the format of the extract (CSV, AVDocument or HTML) from the 'Template' field.

Select a printer from the 'Available Printers' field. The available printers are configured by your system administrator.

Click 'Execute'.
