The Performance Audit report displays the ticket and bundle sales for today and total sales to date for a single performance or range of performances. This report also provides a summary of unsold tickets and the seating capacity. You can use this report to obtain a real-time snapshot of ticket sales activity.

This report will balance with the Ticket Sales and Ticket Sales by Performance reports for the same series, performance(s) and sales date range and if NET values are displayed. |
Performance Audit Report Criteria

Enables you to filter the report by one or more venue selections.

Series Name |
Enables you to filter the report by one or more specific series.
Enter the series name and press ENTER or click to search for the series. For more information, refer to The Find Series Dialog Box. |
Performance Code |
Enables you to filter the report by one or more specific performances.
Enter the performance code and press ENTER or click to search for the performance. For more information, refer to The Find Performances Dialog Box. |
Report Output By |
Enables you to display totals by:
- Price Type
- User Role
- User Role Group

Display Values |
Enables you to filter the report by the values that you want to display:
- Net Paid: The net value of the tickets that have been paid for.
- Net Sold: The net value of the tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (e.g. the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call).

Performance Date Format |
Enables you to filter the report by:
- Advanced Sales: Filters for allocated tickets for performances that occur after today’s date.
- Past Sales: Filters for allocated tickets for performances that have occurred on or before today’s date.
- Performance Range: Filters for performances occurring between the date range entered in the 'Performances From' and 'Performances To' fields.

Performances From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the performance date from which data will be included in the report. Only data relating to performances on or after this date will be included in the report. This date is inclusive.
Any value entered into this field will only apply if the Performance Range date format is used.

Performances To |
If you are entering a date range, this is the performance date to which data will be included in the report. Only data relating to performances on or before this date will be included in the report. This date is inclusive.

User Role |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected user roles.
This is the user who last updated the order.
To select more than one user role, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
User Role Group |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected user role groups.
This is the user who last updated the order.
To select more than one user role group, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Include Open Holds |
Enables you to choose whether or not to include open holds in the report.
Open holds are tickets that are not on hold:
- Blank: Leaving the field blank will return all sold tickets.
- Always: Filters for all sold tickets that were not on a hold.
- Never: Filters for all sold tickets that were on a hold.

Hold Type |
Enables you to filter the report by the selected hold types.
To select more than one hold type, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.

Price Chart |
Displays pricing by price type and role.
This section only appears if there is a single performance in the report. |
Sales |
Displays today’s sales and total sales to date.
Bundle sales are displayed separately. |
Grand Total |
Displays the total sales to date for the selected performances. |
Unsold Tickets |
The number of unsold admissions and the projected value of those admissions for all performances in the report. Projected values are calculated using the highest price from the performance’s default pricing model. If there is no default pricing model, the highest price from the performance's price chart is used. If the pricing from the price chart includes taxes, then taxes are included in this report's projected values. |
Seating Capacity |
The seating capacity for those performances included in the report.
AudienceView calculates the capacity using every seat assigned to a price zone. |
