Enabling Upsell and Add-On Article Pop-ups in the Desktop

To allow Desktop users the ability to see the upsell and add-on article pop-ups, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Group tab.
    The Group|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the group that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Group|Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Permissions tab.
    The Group|Permissions page appears.
  5. Select the TScontentBO property.
    The 'Actions' field appears.
  6. Select the loadArticle property.
    If you do not hold CTRL while selecting loadArticle all of the 'Actions' that are currently selected will be deselected
  7. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the group.
  8. Click 'OK'.
Information
Upsell and add-on articles pop-ups must also be enabled for the Desktop role (e.g. Box Office). For more information, refer to Enabling the Add-On Article Pop-up and Enabling the Upsell Article Pop-up.
