Several items/pages can be configured with a 'Sales Type', an 'Upsell Article' and an 'Add-On Article' (listed below). When AudienceView Online and Desktop users select an item that has been configured with an 'Upsell Article', a pop-up will be displayed with a selection of possible upgrades (e.g. a performance to a bundle). If the same performance has been configured with an 'Add-On Article', a pop-up will display when the performance has been added to the shopping cart/order, presenting a selection of possible additional items (e.g. parking passes, drink vouchers). A hyperlink to the upsell and add-on articles will be displayed on the shopping cart page, and the Customer Services application Order|Summary page.
Upsell and add-on articles can be created using the Content Management Application.

In AudienceView 6.8.8, An 'Add-On Article' field was added to the Product Configuration application Charges|Details page. This field does not work in the same way as the fields listed above and does not require any further configuration to be used. |

The titles of the upsell and add-on pop-ups can be altered using the following Registry nodes.
- For AudienceView Online:
- Registry::EN::Application::Online::Search node 'Upsell Popup Title' field
- Registry::EN::Application::Online::Search node 'AddOn Popup Title' field
Other textual elements of add-on pop-up messages can also be configured using the fields available in the Registry::EN::Application::Online::Search node.
