To allow Online customers to see the upsell article pop-up (the hyperlink to the article will display in the shopping cart even if this functionality is disabled), complete the following:

Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Roles tab.
The Roles|Search page appears.

Search for and select the Internet user. For more information, refer to Application Security - Roles|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Roles|Basic page appears.

Select Enable Upsell from the 'Options' field.
If you do not hold CTRL while selecting Enable Upsell all of the 'Options' that are currently selected will be deselected

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the role.

Click 'OK'.
