Adding Keywords to an Article

To add keywords to an article, complete the following:

  1. Open the Content Management application from the AudienceView desktop.
  2. Select the Articles tab.
    The Article|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the article that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Content Management - Articles|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Article|Basic page appears.
  4. Enter any specific keywords that you would like to use for the article in the 'Keywords' field.
    To add additional fields, click  or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry.

    OR

    An Article Keyword list can be created, populated and then bound to the 'Keyword' field. For more information, refer to General Configuration - Lists and Binding a List to a Field.
    If a list has been bound to the field, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections to select more than one keyword.
  5. Click 'Apply'.

Meta-tags can also be added to articles to help search engines (e.g. Google, Yahoo) direct customers to a site.
