To create an AudienceView Chart, you must first create an appropriate BI query (admission, order and customer BIs work well). For more information on creating a BI query, refer to Creating a BI Query.

AudienceView Charts can be created using newly created

1. Open the Business Intelligence and Reporting application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Business Intelligence tab.
   The Business Intelligence|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the saved list that you want to work with or create a new list. For more information, refer to Business Intelligence and Reports Business Intelligence-Search Page and Performing Searches or Creating a BI Query.
   The Business Intelligence|Results page appears.
4. In general, AudienceView charts require at least one of each of the 'Display Types' (Vertical, Horizontal and Data).
5. Once you have created BI query, select the type of graph that you want to create from the 'Extract Template' dropdown.
6. Click 'Extract'.

   Information AudienceView Charts can only be extracted using the Screen option. If you try to create an extract using Email, Download or Print, a warning message will appear.    A new window opens displaying the graph/chart.
