The following describes some of the potential graphs/charts that can be created using Business Intelligence. AudienceView Charting can be customized to fit your organization's needs (much like reports). For more information, contact AudienceView Support via the Support Portal at http://support.audienceview.com. If you do not have a 'User Name' or 'Password' send an email to support@audienceview.com.

Postal and Zip Codes by Region - Bar Graph

1. Create a Customer BI query using the following results in the result members section of the Business Intelligence|Results page: 

   Name	Srt/Grp/Tot	Function	Heading
   Default Address Postal/Zip Code	Grouped	First Word	Region
   Customer Number		Count	Customers
   +Order Admission ID		Count	Ticket Count
   +Order Admission Amount	Descending	Sum	Ticket Spend

2. Select A Bar Graph (text/html) from the 'Extract Template' dropdown.
3. Click 'Extract'.

Customers by Postal Code - Bar Graph

1. Create a Customer BI query using the following results in the result members section of the Business Intelligence|Results page: 

   Name	Srt/Grp/Tot	Function	Heading
   Default Address Postal/Zip Code			Postal Code
   Customer ID		Count	Number of Customers

2. Select A Bar Graph (text/html) from the 'Extract Template' dropdown.
3. Click 'Extract'.

Top Ten Events - Bar Graph

1. Create an Order BI query using the following results in the result members section of the Business Intelligence|Results page: 

   Name	Srt/Grp/Tot	Function	Heading
   +Series Description		Count	Series
   +Order Admission Amount	Descending	Sum	Ticket Spend

2. Set the 'Extract Max Rows' field to 10.
3. Select A Bar Graph (text/html) from the 'Extract Template' dropdown.
4. Click 'Extract'.

Sales by Channel - Pie Chart

1. Create an Admission BI query using the following results in the result members section of the Business Intelligence|Results page: 

   Name	Srt/Grp/Tot	Function	Heading
   Order Create Role Name			Sale Channel
   Order Admission Amount		Sum	Spend

2. Select A Pie Chart (text/html) from the 'Extract Template' dropdown.
3. Click 'Extract'.

Sales by Price Type - Pie Chart

1. Create an Admission BI query using the following results in the result members section of the Business Intelligence|Results page: 

   Name	Srt/Grp/Tot	Function	Heading
   Price Type Name			Price Type
   Admission		Count	Number of Admission
   Order Admission Amount		Sum	Paid Amount
   Order Charge Amount		Sum	Net Amount

Sales by Day - Bar Graph

1. Create an Admission BI query using the following results in the result members section of the Business Intelligence|Results page:
