Once you have created a graph/chart, you can save it by completing the following:

1. Right-click on the graph/chart.
2. Select one of the following options:
   • Save as JPEG Image
   • Save as PNG Image
   • Save as PDF
     The chart you selected is greyed out and a progress bar appears over top of it.
3. Once the progress bar has disappered, click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.

   Information The 'Save' button appears as 'Waiting for Export' until Step 2 has been completed.

   The Select Location for Download dialog box appears.

4. Title your file in the 'File name' field.

   Caution You must add the file extension associated with the option you selected in Step 2 to the file name (.JPG, .PNG or .PDF).

5. Browse to the location where you want to save the file.
6. Click 'Save'.

   Hint If the BI that you ran produces multiple graphs/charts, you will have to repeat the above steps for each one that you want to save.
