Once you have created and saved a promotional code, you are able to update the details of the item and save your changes as necessary.

To update the basic information of a promotional code, complete the following:

1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop. 
2. Select the Promotional Codes tab.
   The Promotional Codes|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the promotional code that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Promotional Code-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Promotional Codes|Details page appears.
4. Modify the applicable fields.
   For more information, refer to Creating a Promotional Code.
5. To reload the original content of your promotional code without committing any changes, click 'Reload'.
   Your changes are removed and the current page displays with the promotional code displayed as of the most recent save.
6. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the promotional code.
7. Click 'OK'.
