Resetting a Payment Gateway Terminal

You can reset payment gateway terminals from within the AudienceView application.

To reset a payment gateway terminal, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Payment Gateways tab.
    The Payment Gateways|Search page appears, displaying all of the configured payment gateways and their associated terminals.
  3. Select the 'select?' check box next to the payment terminal(s) that you want to reset.
  4. Select the appropriate payment gateway that you would like to reset from the 'Payment Gateway' dropdown.
  5. Click 'Reset Terminals'
    A window confirms that the application reset the payment terminal.
  6. Click 'OK'.
