You can reset payment gateway terminals from within the AudienceView application.
To reset a payment gateway terminal, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Payment Gateways tab.
The Payment Gateways|Search page appears, displaying all of the configured payment gateways and their associated terminals.
- Select the 'select?' check box next to the payment terminal(s) that you want to reset.
- Select the appropriate payment gateway that you would like to reset from the 'Payment Gateway' dropdown.
- Click 'Reset Terminals'
A window confirms that the application reset the payment terminal.
- Click 'OK'.
