Deleting a Gate

Once you have created gates, you can delete a gate if the gate is not in use and you have the appropriate permissions.

To delete a gate from a venue, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Venue|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the venue that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Venue|Basic page appears.
  3. Select the Gates tab.
    The Venue|Gates page appears.
  4. Select the 'del?' check box to the left of the gate that you want to delete.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms the application updated the venue.
  6. Click 'OK'.
