You can manage the times when an article is available on a site. By putting an article on-calendar, it will be available and incorporated into the content of a site. Once the article is off-calendar, the article is no longer available nor incorporated into a site. The site will not display off-calendar articles.
To create an article calendar entry, complete the following:

Open the Content Management application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Articles tab.
The Articles|Search page appears.

Search for and select the article that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Content Management - Articles|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Articles|Basic page appears.

Select the Calendar tab.
The Articles|Calendar page appears.

Click 'Add Entry'.
A new calendar row appears in the article calendar group box.

Complete the following article calendar fields:

Select the roles that will be able to view the article from the 'User Role' field.
To select more than one role, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the role all of the roles that are currently selected will be deselected.

Select the date and time to put the article on calendar by clicking
next to the 'On Calendar' field.

Select the date and time to put the article off calendar clicking
next to the 'Off Calendar' field.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the article.

Click 'OK'.
