Modifying an Article

Once you have created an article and saved it, you can update the contents or details of the article as necessary.

To update an article, complete the following:

  1. Open the Content Management application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Articles tab.
    The Articles|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the articles that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the Content Management Articles|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Articles|Basic page appears.
  4. Edit the details of the message as necessary.

  5. To modify the on- and off-calendar dates for an article, select the Calendar tab.
    The Articles|Calendar page appears.
  6. Edit the calendar details as necessary.

  7. Select the Text tab.
    The Articles|Text page appears.
  8. Edit the details of the article text as necessary.

  9. To modify the search criteria of Body With Search article, select the Criteria tab.
    The Articles|Criteria page appars.
  10. Edit the details of the search criteria as necessary.

  11. To modify form fields, select the Form Fields tab.
    The Articles|Form Fields page appears.
  12. Edit the details of the form fields as necessary.

  13. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application update the article.
  14. Click 'OK'
