Unpriced seats are displayed on the Customer Services application Seat|Map page in grey, which now appear as if they are regularly priced seats if a price zone uses grey, making the seats indistinguishable. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Seats that are not assigned a price zone are displayed transparently with a grey ring around them on the Customer Services application Seat|Map page. 		 AVD-6098
Benefits with 'Valid From' dates are not being add to customer accounts even though the membership is being added. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.

Payments are not being added to renewal orders with gifts when using the Utilities application Renewals tool. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Payments are being added to renewal orders with gifts through the Utilities application.
The following are some best practices when renewing gift orders with payments:
  1. When creating the renewal job, the 'Payment Type' must be set to either Payment or Both.
  2. The source order(s) for the renewal must have a 'Renewable Payment Method' set on the Customer Services application Order|Summary page.
  3. If the destination gift set in the 'Gift To' field on the Utilities application Renewals|Gifts page has a fixed amount configured, the renewal order will set the renewal gift amount to the fixed amount. If the destination gift does not have a fixed amount configured, the renewal order will set the renewal gift amount to match the gift amount on the source order.

Price type names with apostrophes caused an error on the mapSelect.asp page.  This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Price type names are now properly encoded, ensuring compatibility with JavaScript.		 AVD-3206

Search results are being duplicated when articles are assigned to multiple rows.		 This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Search results are no longer being duplicated.		 AVD-3296
One-time promotion codes do not always clear and can be used again on the same session.  This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
A loophole that allowed one-time promotion codes to be used more than once by navigating back through the flow by less usual routes has been closed, ensuring that the single-use of a promotion code cannot be circumvented by any means. 		 AVD-3360
The payment method 'Name' is appearing in parentheses after its 'Label', where more than one payment label has the same 'Label' configured. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.

iPad-size device specific responsive design issues:
 
Menu Items:
  • In portrait, menu items are merged into a single dropdown menu. You can expand the menu and select the item you want; however, in landscape, some menu items are still shown. If you select one of those it opens up its own sub-menu but you cannot select .
 
mapSelect.asp:
 
  • When using pick-a-seat, you have to select a seat twice to display the available price types. 
 This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The layout issues have been corrected. All of the fixes were done via CSS (there were no HTML changes).		 AVD-4782
When a price zone only has one price point, the price is appearing as a range on the mapSelect.asp page (e.g. instead of $55.00 it is displayed as $55.00 - $55.00).  This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
When the minimum and maximum prices are the same, a single price is displayed on the mapSelect.asp instead of a range.		 AVD-4967
Portions of information for genral admission bundles on the bundleResult.asp are not appearing within the same row. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The misaligned layout of the some general admission bundles has been corrected.		 AVD-5141
No search results are returned when search criteria includes a hyphen. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The search funtionaltiy has been changed to match only whole words. There is no longer wildcard matching to find terms within longer words.		 AVD-5273
CAPTCHA audio should not require QuickTime plug-in to play sound on modern browsers.
This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Improved the CAPTCHA audio play method so that it now plays in a wide range of browsers without needing an additional browser plug-in for .WAV audio
However, some browsers will always require a plug-in to play the .WAV files delivered by this CAPTCHA method.		 AVD-6480
Add user-friendly text to the interstitial page when users are being redirected by the selected payment method. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
When a user is redirected to an external site for payment processing (e.g. PayPal, MasterPass, 3D Secure) the interstitial screen displays a message, indicating that the user is being redirected by the selected payment method. The payment method name is displayed.
 
The message can be configured via the  Registryapplication Registry::EN::Application::Online::3D Secure node's 'Redirection Message' field.

In certain circumstances, bundle tickets are being created without admissions.  This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Bundle tickets can no longer be created without admissions.		 AVD-6950
The Google Tag Manager configuration is causingInternal 500 error upon customers log in (i.e. the customer object has not been loaded). This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The Internal 500 error no longer occurs.
The Google Tag Manager integration will only output the customer number into the dataLayer when the customer object is loaded. 		 AVD-7246
The _ga parameter is not available. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
To facilitate cross domain link tracking using Google Tag Manager and Universal Analytics _ga parameter has been made available to the AudienceView Online.		 AVD-7383

Business Intelligence and Reports Fixes

Date range values are being swapped after saving BI queries 
This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
Currency, integer and rates are sorted by value as they always have been.
 
All other field types (e.g. relative dates) are now sorted in the order that they are entered.
 
When using a 'Condition' of Between or Not in Range, enter the lowest value on the left, and the higher value on the right.
 
If you have existing range criteria in use, ensure that the values are entered correctly.

The Performance Audit report is displayng Nan and #QNAN in the report's output. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The Performance Audit report is no longer displayng Nan and #QNAN in the report's output.		 AVD-5190
The Donation Detail summary report does not return results when using a 'Transaction Date Format' of Today. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The Donation Detail report now works correctly when date rangers are used in criteria. 		 AVD-5945
The Admissions collection object does not always return 'Price Zone'. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The Admissions collection object always returns 'Price Zone', 'Fill Zone' and 'Hold Zone'.		 AVD-5956
Remove direct usage of ts_admission_inventory table from everywhere except Seat Service. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The following fields/criteria have been removed from Business Intelligence:
  • admissioninventory_reservation_id
  • admissioninventory_on_offer_id
  • admissioninventory_reservation_timeout
  • The 'state' field On Offer value cannot be determined without admissioninventory_on_offer_timeout field from ts_admission_inventory

The Movement report output is not respecting the input criteria. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.

The Not in Range 'Function' is not evaluating the values entered correctly. This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
The Not in Range 'Function' values are now being evaluated correctly.
The lower end of the range should be entered in the 'Value' field on the left-hand side, the higher end of the range should be entered in the right-hand 'Value' field.		 AVD-7481

Payment Fixes

Implement Boost.asio for Tender Retail payment gateway This has been corrected in AudienceView 6.8.7.
A new parameter was introduced to set the value for socket receive timeout when using PIN pads withe Tender Retail.
The parameter was added to the Registry application System::Configuration::Payment Gateways::TenderRetail node's 'PIN Pad timeout'. It is set to 120 (seconds), by default.		 AVD-6981
