Allow users to select quantities of miscellaneous items. |
This has been implemented in AudienceView 6.8.10.
Users can now select the number of miscellaneous items that they want to add to an order. When there are multiples of a single miscellaneous item, they will be grouped together on the order. |

Desktop Improvements Related to POS
- Ticket record is stamped with customer number when the order item has a customer.

POS Improvements
- It is now possible to scan a ticket to quickly load a customer on an order. Only tickets that have customers (e.g. admission customers) can be scanned and loaded.
- Loaded customers can use any saved payments associated with the account.
- Customers can use gift cards and certificates to make payments.
- Miscellaneous items are now grouped on the order.
- Users can select the quantity of miscellaneous items they want to add to the order.
- Users can adjust the unit 'Amount ', if the miscellaneous item has been configured to allow it.
- Improved touch feedback to create a more responsive experience.
- Placed action buttons at top of pop-ups for usability.
- Implemented some small styling improvements to implement Material Design.
- Automatically selects the previous input when a user taps into certain fields to improve speed of input.
- Automatically focuses on the tendered amount and bring up keyboard when there is a tendered amount on a payment method.

This has been implemented in AudienceView 6.8.10.
If customers have saved payments against their accounts and the payment methods are available against the items on the order, the payment methods will be available to be used. |

Make the POS screen device-responsive. |
This has been implemented in AudienceView 6.8.10.
When the screen size of POS is changed, users no longer need to scroll.
For Android devices, it is recommended that POS is launched as a Full Screen Application in Chrome:
- Launch Chrome and navigate to the POS site.
- From Chrome’s Overflow Menu ( the '...' button in the top right) select Add to Homescreen.
The AudienceView POS application appears on the homescreen. When it's launched Chrome will be started in Application mode, hiding the address bar and POS will be full screen.
For iOS devices, it is recommended that POS is launched as a as a Full Screen Application in Safari:
- Launch Safari and navigate to the POS site.
- Click the 'Share' button (a rectangle with an arrow pointing up) and select Add to Homescreen.
The AudienceView POS application appears on the homescreen. When it's launched Safari will be started in Application mode, hiding the address bar and POS will be full screen.
If it still scrolls, double-tab the screen – it is possible that the scrolling is caused because the screen is zoomed in.

POS now has a Favicon which will be used as the application icon on tablet devices. |

When a customer is loaded in POS, the postal/ZIP code of the customer is displayed under the customer name. Tapping on the customer will bring up additional details about that customer. |
