The Bundles|Certificate page enables you to sell stored value items to customers with the purchase of a bundle. The value of the stored value item is added to the value of the order.
To add a gift certificate to a bundle, complete the following:
- Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the bundle that you want to add a stored value item to. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Bundles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
- Select the Stored Value Items tab.
The Bundles|Stored Value Items page appears.
- Click 'Add Stored Value Item'.
A new gift certificate row appears. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Bundles-Stored Value Items Page.
- Enter the amount of the gift certificate in the 'Amount' field.
This value will be added to the cost of the tickets purchased through this bundle.
- Select the desired stored value item from the 'Stored Value' dropdown.
- For each stored value item that you want to add to the bundle, repeat from the process Step 5.
- Click 'Apply'
If a date does not appear in the 'Effective Date' field on the Bundles|Details page or on the Bundles|Stored Value Items page, the application prompts you to confirm that the effective date will be set to the current date and time.
- Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application updated the bundle.
- Click 'OK'.
