Adding a Stored Value Item to a Bundle

The Bundles|Certificate page enables you to sell stored value items to customers with the purchase of a bundle. The value of the stored value item is added to the value of the order.

To add a gift certificate to a bundle, complete the following:

  1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Bundles|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the bundle that you want to add a stored value item to. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Bundles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Bundles|Details page appears.
  3. Select the Stored Value Items tab.
    The Bundles|Stored Value Items page appears.
  4. Click 'Add Stored Value Item'.
    A new gift certificate row appears. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Bundles-Stored Value Items Page.
  5. Enter the amount of the gift certificate in the 'Amount' field.
    This value will be added to the cost of the tickets purchased through this bundle.
  6. Select the desired stored value item from the 'Stored Value' dropdown.
  7. For each stored value item that you want to add to the bundle, repeat from the process Step 5.
  8. Click 'Apply'
    If a date does not appear in the 'Effective Date' field on the Bundles|Details page or on the Bundles|Stored Value Items page, the application prompts you to confirm that the effective date will be set to the current date and time.
  9. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the bundle. 
  10. Click 'OK'.
