The prerequisites for creating a draw down bundle are the same for creating a regular bundle with the following exceptions:
- A dummy performance must be created for each applicable venue. The dummy performances will be used to hold the renewal seats for customers.
- A price chart must be created containing the full value of the bundle in each of the prize zones.
When performances are added to the bundle, the value of each performance will be subtracted from the value of the price chart.
| Warning If you are planning on renewing a bundle using the miscellaneous item quantity and/or the gift value from the source order, the miscellaneous item and gift should be added to the order outside of the bundle. |
To create a draw down bundle, complete the following:
- Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Bundles tab.
The Bundles|Search page appears.
- Click 'Create New'.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
- In the bundle details section, specify that basic information pertaining to this bundle.

- Optionally, enter additional data for your organization’s purposes. Click the down arrow to expose the data fields in the bundle data section.

- Optionally, specify the version of this bundle in the bundle versions section.

- Specify the details pertaining to this bundle version in the version details section.
| Hint Enter the name of the dummy performance(s) that you have created or click to search for and select the performance(s)

- In the price types section, add the applicable price types and allowable range of admissions for this bundle.

- Optionally, add a membership to this bundle.

- Specify the roles that can access this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Calendar page. For more information, refer to Adding a Bundle to the Calendar and Product Configuration Bundles-Calendar Page.
- Specify the charges that will be applied to this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Charges page. For more information, refer to Adding Charges to a Bundle and Product Configuration Bundles-Charges Page.
- Add the dummy performance to this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Elements page. For more information, refer to Adding Performances to a Bundle and Product Configuration Bundles-Elements Page.
- Specify the price chart(s) that will be associated with this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Assignments page. For more information, refer to Assigning Price Charts to a Bundle and Product Configuration Bundles-Assignments Page.

- Search for and select the price chart containing the full value of the bundle.
- Select Draw Down from the 'Pricing Method' dropdown.

- Optionally, add stored value items to this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Stored Value Items page. For more information, refer to Adding a Stored Value Item to a Bundle and Product Configuration Bundles-Stored Value Items Page.
- Click 'Create'.
If you did not enter a date in the 'Effective Date' field on the Bundles|Details page, the application prompts you to confirm that the effective date will be set to the current date and time.
- Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application created the bundle.
- Click 'OK'.
