Adding Performances to a Bundle

Before You Begin

Before adding an element to a bundle, ensure you have:

  • Created the price chart to be used by the element using the Venue Configuration application. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Price Charts. As noted above, if the element will include performances from different venues, the price chart must be able to cover all of the performance’s price zones.
  • Ensured that the price chart to be used for the element can be accessed by the same roles enabled to access the bundle.
  • Created the performances to be added to the bundle. For more information, refer to Creating a Performance.

  1. Enter the name of the price chart with the correct/appropriate pricing for the performance in the 'Chart' field or click to search for and select it.
For more information, refer to The Find Price Charts Dialog Box.
  2. Select Performance from the 'Assignment' dropdown.
  3. Select Standard from the 'Pricing Method' dropdown.
  4. Select the performances that have just been added to the bundle from the 'Elements/Performances' field.
To select more than one performance, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.

The price zone values for the performance will be removed from the dummy performance and assigned to the actual performance. For more information, refer to Managing Price Charts on a Bundle.
