You can modify the calendar information if you have the appropriate permissions.
| Information If you configure the bundle with a calendar entry, ensure that the bundle’s price chart(s) is configured for the calendar’s roles. If no price is specified for a role, the role will not be able sell the bundle. |
To modify a bundle calendar entry, complete the following:
- Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Bundles tab.
The Bundles|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the bundle with the calendar entry that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Bundles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
- Select the Calendar tab.
The Bundles|Calendar page appears.
- Modify the applicable bundle calendar fields:
- Select one or more roles from the 'Role' list which you want to enable access to the bundle.
To select more than one role, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the role all of the roles that are currently selected will be deselected.
- Enter the date from which the bundle will appear on the calendar in the 'On Calendar' field or select a date by clicking next to the field. For more information, refer to Using a Calendar to Add a Date.
Use the buttons in the column header to set to the date for all calendar entries.
- Optionally enter a date when the bundle goes off the calendar in the 'Off Calendar' field or select a date by clicking next to the field. For more information, refer to Using a Calendar to Add a Date.
- Enter the date from which the role can sell the bundle in the 'On Sale' field or select a date by clicking next to the field. For more information, refer to Using a Calendar to Add a Date.
- Optionally enter a date when the bundle goes off sale to the role in the 'Off Sale' field.
- If you want to grant access to the bundle using a promotional code, enter the promotional code in the 'Promotional Code' field or click to search for the code(s).

- If the promotional code does not have an access code, only those customers holding a benefit that has the associated promotional code will be able to access the bundle.
- If the promotional code has an access codes, customers must enter the 'Promotional Access Code' online to access the bundle.

- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the bundle.
- Click 'OK'.
