By adding a membership to a bundle, customers who purchase the bundle will also earn the membership and its associated benefits.
Since benefits can also have associated promotional codes, a membership can also be used to give exclusive access to bundles, performances, admission pricing, hold types, or miscellaneous items. For more information, refer to Configuring Passes, Configuring Memberships and Configuring Benefits.
To add a membership to a bundle, complete the following:
- Open the Product Configuration application, from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Bundles tab.
The Bundles|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the bundle that you want to add a membership to. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Bundles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
- Click 'Add Membership'.
The application inserts a blank entry.
- In the 'Membership' column, specify which membership will be added to this bundle.
- Optionally, specify the number of points a person with the selected membership receives when purchasing this bundle.
- Click 'Apply'
A window confirms that the application updated the bundle.
- Click 'OK'.
