Product Configuration Bundles-Assignments Page

The Product Configuration application Bundles|Assignments page allows you to assign price charts to the bundle.

The following image illustrates the Product Configuration application Bundles|Assignments page.

The Product Configuration application Bundles|Assignments page contains the following properties:

Field Description
Chart The name of the price chart being assigned to the bundle.
Enter the name of the price chart or click to search for the price chart.
For more information, refer to The Find Price Charts Dialog Box.
Assignment The way in which the price chart will be applied to the bundle:
  • Bundle: The price chart will be applied to the entire bundle.
  • Element: The price chart will be applied to the selected element(s) in the 'Elements/Performances' field.
  • Performance: The price chart will be applied to the selected performance(s) in the 'Elements/Performances' field.
Pricing Method Select the pricing method that will applied to the gift:
  • Draw Down: Used for bundles where the exact performances/events are not known yet.
  • Addition: The value of the assignment will contribute to the total bundle price (e.g. if a team makes the playoffs).
  • Standard: The value of the assignment contributes to the fixed bundle price.
Elements/Performances When Elements or Performances is selected from the 'Assignment' dropdown, this field will be populated with the element(s) or performance(s) associated with the bundle.
Select the element(s) or performance(s) that you want to apply the price chart to. 
To select more than one element or performance, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
Start Date The date and time that the charge will take effect.
Enter a date and time into the field or click to select the date.

End Date The date and time the charge will no longer be in effect.
