To remove an admission from a customer’s pass, complete the following:
- Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the order you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
The Order|Summary page appears.
- Choose an action:

a bundle, |
in the bundles section, select a blank record from the 'Customer Pass' dropdown.
You can also remove the pass using the Order|Bundles page. |
an admission, |
in the admissions section of the Order|Summary page, select a blank record from the 'Customer Pass' dropdown.
If the admissions are not displayed on the Order|Summary page, you can remove the pass using the Order|Seats|Seats page. |
- Click 'Apply'.
| Information If you have already printed the pass, the application prompts you to enter a reason for cancelling the tickets. |
A window confirms that the application updated the order.
- Click 'OK'.
