Removing an Admission from a Customer’s Pass

To remove an admission from a customer’s pass, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Order tab.
    The Order|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the order you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
    The Order|Summary page appears.
  4. Choose an action:
    If you are working with Then
    a bundle, in the bundles section, select a blank record from the 'Customer Pass' dropdown.
    You can also remove the pass using the Order|Bundles page.
    an admission, in the admissions section of the Order|Summary page, select a blank record from the 'Customer Pass' dropdown.
    If the admissions are not displayed on the Order|Summary page, you can remove the pass using the Order|Seats|Seats page.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    If you have already printed the pass, the application prompts you to enter a reason for cancelling the tickets.

    A window confirms that the application updated the order.

  6. Click 'OK'.
