Enabling Content Management Content

To enable Content Management content, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Group|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the group that you want to enable content for. For more information, refer to Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Group|Basic page appears.
  3. Select the Content tab.
    The Group|Content page appears.
  4. Select the Content Management property.
  5. Select the Content Management content that you want to enable:
    • Articles Basic: Allows access to the Articles|Basic page.
    • Articles Calendar: Allows access to the Articles|Calendar page.
    • Articles Criteria: Allows access to the Articles|Criteria page.
    • Articles Form Fields: Allows access to the Articles|Form Fields page.
    • Articles Select: Allows access to the Articles|Search page.
    • Articles Text: Allows access to the Articles|Text page.
    • Sites Applications: Allows access to the Sites|Applications page.
    • Sites Basic: Allows access to the Sites|Basic page.
    • Sites Branding: Allows access to the Sites|Branding page.
    • Sites Menu Items: Allows access to the Sites|Menu Items page.
    • Sites Select: Allows access to the Sites|Search page.
  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms the application updated the group.
  7. Click 'OK'.
