To enable Customer Services content, complete the following:

Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
The Group|Search page appears.

Search for and select the group that you want to enable content for. For more information, refer to Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Group|Basic page appears.

Select the Content tab.
The Group|Content page appears.

Select the Customer Services property.
-
Select the Customer Services content that you want to enable:

Bundle Details: Allows access to the Bundles|Details page.

Bundle Gift Products: Allows access to the Bundles|Gifts page.
-
Bundle Miscellaneous Items: Allows access to the Bundles|Miscellaneous Items page.

Bundle Order Map: Allows access to the Bundles|Map page.

Bundle Search: Allows access to the Bundles|Search page.

Customer Activities: Allows access to the Customer|Activities page.

Customer Advanced: Allows access to the Customer|Advanced page.

Lookup Address: Allows you to verify customers' addresses when they are added to an order (only when using Satori).
If you are using Satori, you must also ensure that the Registry applicaiton Registry::EN::Business Objects::TScustomerBO node's 'enableIntegratedAVS' dropdown is set to No.

Seats Order Map: Allows access to the Seat|Map page.

Seats Performance Calendar: Allows access to the Seat|Calendar page.

Seats Quick Sale: Allows access to the Seat|Quick Sales page.

Seats Search: Allows access to the Seat|Search page.

tickets Availability: Displays the availability indicators Customer Services application Seat|Search page as well as upsell/add-on articles (containing search widgets) that appear in the Desktop.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms the application updated the group.
-
Click 'OK'.
