To delete a performance limit, complete the following:

Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Performances tab.
The Performances|Search page appears.

Search for and select the performance that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Performances|Basic page appears.

Select the Limits tab.
The Performances|Limits page appears.

Select the 'del?' check box next to the limit(s) that you want to delete.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the performance.

Click 'OK'.

Caution
If the performance limit originally had a Customer 'Cap', the system will continue to count against the performance, but will not enforce the 'Cap' limit. To stop the counting, the 'Customer Group' dropdown must be set to None. |
