Removing an Admission from a Single Performance

The Venue Configuration application Performances|Basic page enables you to remove admissions that have not been sold from a single performance.

If you know the section, row and seat that you want to remove, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Performance tab.
    The Performance|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the performance with the admission(s) that you want to remove. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Performances|Basic page appears.
  4. Click 'Remove Admissions'.
    The Remove Admissions window appears.
  5. Enter the 'Section(s)', 'Row(s)' or 'Seat(s)' that you want to remove.
    You can remove an entire section or row by entering only the section or row.
    After entering a value in the field, you can press the CTRL+TAB to insert additional fields for you to use.
  6. Click 'Remove'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the admission.
  7. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
  8. Click 'OK'.
