The Venue Configuration application Performances|Basic page enables you to remove admissions that have not been sold from a single performance.
If you know the section, row and seat that you want to remove, complete the following:
- Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Performance tab.
The Performance|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the performance with the admission(s) that you want to remove. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Performances|Basic page appears.
- Click 'Remove Admissions'.
The Remove Admissions window appears.
- Enter the 'Section(s)', 'Row(s)' or 'Seat(s)' that you want to remove.
You can remove an entire section or row by entering only the section or row.
After entering a value in the field, you can press the CTRL+TAB to insert additional fields for you to use.
- Click 'Remove'.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the admission.
- Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
- Click 'OK'.
