You can assign a different price chart to one or more performances from the Performances|Search page if you have the appropriate permissions. For more information on price charts, refer to Venue Configuration Price Charts.

To reassign a price chart, complete the following:

1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Price Charts tab.
   The Price Charts|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the price chart that you want to reassign. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Price Charts-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Price Charts|Basic page appears.
4. Select the Performances tab.
   The Performances|Search page appears.
5. Search for the performance(s) that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The currently loaded price chart displays to the left of the 'Add to Chart' button.
6. Within the select performances section, select the check box(es) next to the performances to which you want to assign the price chart, or click 'Select All' to select all of the performances on the current page.
7. Click 'Add to Chart'.
   The Price Chart|Assignments page appears.
8. Enter the date and time that you want the price chart to become effective for the performance in the 'Start Date' field or click to select a date and time.

9. Click 'Apply'
   A window confirms that the application updated the price chart.
10. Click 'OK'.
