Deleting a Performance

If there is an existing performance that is no longer of use anymore, with permission, you can delete the performance.

If an admission for the performance has been sold (at any time), the performance cannot be deleted.

To delete an existing performance, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Performances tab.
    Performances|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the performance that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Performances|Basic page appears.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    The application prompts you to confirm the deletion of the performance
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the performance.
  6. Click 'OK'.
