Enabling Customer Statistics in the Desktop

The customer statistics section of the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page displays the customer's any membership points that a customer might have accrued, how many other customers have the same membership and where the customer ranks among the membership.

To enable the fields in the customer statistics section of the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page, complete the following:

  1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Object::TScustomerBO::Customer::Points node.
  3. Select Yes from the 'Readable' dropdown.
  4. Select Yes from the 'Writeable' dropdown.
  5. Click 'Apply'
    The window confirms that the application has update the Registry.
  6. Click 'OK'.
  7. Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Object::TScustomerBO::Customer::Rank node.
  8. Select Yes from the 'Readable' dropdown.
  9. Select Yes from the 'Writeable' dropdown.
  10. Click 'Apply'
    The window confirms that the application has update the Registry.
  11. Click 'OK'.
  12. Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Object::TScustomerBO::Customer::Total Members node.
  13. Select Yes from the 'Readable' dropdown.
  14. Select Yes from the 'Writeable' dropdown.
  15. Click 'Apply'
    The window confirms that the application has update the Registry.
  16. Click 'OK'.
