Once you have enabled the customer statistics section of the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page (Enabling Customer Statistics in the Desktop), you can also display this information to Online customers within the My Account pages.
To enable the customer statistics section within the Online My Account pages, complete the following:
- Complete the steps found here: Enabling Customer Statistics in the Desktop.
- Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Groups tab.
The Groups|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the WebSales group. For more information, refer to the Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Groups|Basic page appears.
- Select the Content tab.
The Groups|Content page appears.
- Select the Online property.
- Select Customer Value property by holding CTRL and clicking on it.
| Information If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the Customer Value option all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected. |
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the group.
- Click 'OK'.
If there is no information contained in the 'Points', 'Rank' or 'Total Members' fields on the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page, the fields will not display in the customer's Online account.
