There is a total of 18 configurable fields that can be displayed and used in the customer values section of the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page:

• Integer [1-6]: These six fields can display and store numbers (9 digits).
• Big Integer [1-6]: These six fields can display and store large numbers (37 digits).
• Fixed Integer [1-6]: These six field can display and store predefined number values

To enable the above fields in the customer values section of the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page, complete the following:

1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Object::TScustomerBO::Customer::
   • Integer [1-6] nodes.
   • Big Integer [1-6] nodes.
     OR
   • Fixed Integer [1-6] nodes.
3. Enter the name that you want to display next to the field in the 'Label' field.
4. Select Yes from the 'Readable' dropdown.
5. Select Yes from the 'Writeable' dropdown.
6. Click 'Apply'
   The window confirms that the application has update the Registry.
7. Click 'OK'.

Hint If you update a data field and you want to be able to report against that field in Business Intelligence, update the same field in the corresponding Collection Object.
