You can set default values for the 'Release Reason' and 'Reprint/Unprint Reason' fields. These values are used when users attempt to release seats or reprint/cancel admissions.
By default, an alert will appear whenever a user attempts to release seats, reprint admissions, or cancel admissions. You can turn off this alert using the Reprint cancel reason requirements key on the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO node.
To set the default release reason, complete the following:

Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.

To set a default release reason, navigate to the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO::Order::Release Reason node.

To set a default release reprint or unprint reason, navigate to the Registry application Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO::Order::Reprint/Unprint Reason node.

Enter the text that you want to display in the 'Default Value' field.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.

Click 'OK'.
