You can configure AudienceView to require that users enter a reason for leaving an order unpaid.
Enabling this functionality would display the following alert to users:

Enabling this functionality involves updating the Registry and modifying user roles.
To enable the unpaid reason functionality, complete the following:
- Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO::Order::Unpaid Reason node.
- Select Yes from the 'Readable' and 'Writeable' dropdowns.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
- Click 'OK'.
- Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Roles tab.
The Roles|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the role that you want to supply an unpaid reason. For more information, refer to Application Security Roles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Roles|Basic page appears
- Add the warning message "5388: You need to supply a reason for creating an unpaid order" from the Suppressed Warnings list by clicking it so that it is highlighed in blue.

- For every role to which you want to add the warning message, repeat the process from Step 7.
