Charge Behaviour

Charges are used to manage not only service charges, but they can also be configured to handle taxes. The following table describes how the behaviour for charges work in AudienceView. Here follows a chart that describes how caps and threshold percentage calculations are calculated on the various associated service chargeable elements.

Bundle Description Per Ticket Cap * Threshold/Percentage Calculation Additional Notes
Per Order - Additional One charge per order. On the number of same charges against the bundle version The current threshold value is zero so all percentage and thresholds are always zero Total of the admission amounts under the bundle version
Per Instance - Additional One charge per admission assigned to the bundle instance on the order per ticket. One charge per order bundle instance for all other cases. On the number of same charges against the bundle instance The current threshold value is zero so all percentage and thresholds are always zero Total of admission amounts under the bundle instance
Price Chart        
Per Order - Additional One charge per admission on the order per ticket. One charge only for all other cases regardless of the number of performances on the order. On the number of the same charge on the order Sum of admission amounts performances that supply that service charge.
The amount includes any that are in a bundle. 		 
Per Performance - Additional One charge per admission on the performance per ticket. One charge only for all other cases regardless of the number of admissions in the performance. On the number of charges of the same charge on the performance Sum of admission amounts for all admissions in that performance.
The amount includes any that are in a bundle. 		 
Admission - Included Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Admission amount  
Admission - Inside Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Admission amount  
Admission - Additional Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Admission amount  
Miscellaneous Item        
Misc Item - Included Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Amount of the item  
Misc Item - Inside Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Amount of the item  
Misc Item - Additional Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Amount of the item  
Delivery Method        
Delivery Method - Additional Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Sum of all deliverable items (not necessarily the total of the order)  
Charges        
Charges – Included Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Amount of the charge  
Charges – Inside Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Amount of the charge  
Charges – Additional Always applied once. Quantity for the cap is always one Amount of the charge
